How do I know when to repair instead of replace?
A useful rule of thumb is the 50 percent rule. If a repair costs more than half of a new unit and the equipment is past about two-thirds of its expected life, replacement usually pays off faster.
How long does a rooftop unit replacement take?
Many straight changeouts are completed in a day. Jobs needing crane access, curb adapters or electrical upgrades may take longer, and we map that out in the proposal.
Can you replace equipment without shutting down our building?
In most cases yes. We stage the work, run temporary cooling where needed and schedule the critical portion around your operating hours.
Do you handle the permits and inspections?
